Create group pages
With our editor functionality you can create pages that can be managed by community groups, allowing other users to contribute to the engagement of your website. Here we have taken another page and used the card deck section to list out community groups along with page links to create an easy way to show residents what groups are available in the area
Create & manage your own polls
Polls can be quickly and easily added to pages. Unlike traditional website builders our poll engine is built directly into the site. This means you don't have to set up some third party service that charges you or restricts the response data. Best of all niether do you have to ask residents to hand their data over to a private company to process. Yours and your residents data never leaves the protection of your site.
A-Z Services
One of the reasons many residents come to your site is to get information relating to a service provided either by first or second tier Government. We include an A-Z of services directory that can be accessed from any page. Providing the resident with quick access to the required service complete with website, email and phone number
Comments
If you want to encourage some engagement, without the formality of a structured poll, consider opening your posts to comments from residents. This feature allows for engagement at a micro level generating discussion bewteen residents about things that are important to them. In addition you can moderate the discussion by requring comments to be approved before showing on the site as well as being able to edit and delete comments. New comments can be disabled after a set time period as well, ensuring discussion remains on current topics
Dashboard
When you log into your website you will be presented with a Dashboard. As well as being a handy place to view notifications from elsewhere on the site. You also get a rundown of handy site metrics. Showing you visitor rates, pages they visit and where they have come from. The page keeps a rolling count of the last 3 days but other reports can be run by contacting us.
Calendar
The website provides a built in calendar that can hold both events and be a record of meetings. Fully searchable, it allows residents to see what's coming up in the area along with an easy to search for past council meetings by time.
Ease of use
Ease of use was a vitally important part of our design. Traditional website builders often present dizzying arrays of UI elements to add to your site. Often in block form so you have to keep going back and forth from editor to page to check your work. Our editor has been streamlined to include only those elements that are useful to you and displays them as they will appear on the site. Updating your site has never been so easy.
